Business Networking Club, Malaysia will be announcing our latest Corporate Social Responsibility upcoming project called “Silently Loud Charity Award Dinner” aiming to raise fund to fulfil a social enterprise’s dream to complete their Revitalization Project to rebuild Silent Teddies Bakery’s old building to operate as a learning centre, bakery, cafe, arts/event studio including an edible garden.

This project will be able to impact more Deaf and the B40 in the Malaysian Community.
The Silent Teddies Bakery, is a social enterprise and a vehicle for changing lives to the Deaf Youths by providing them with skill training and employment opportunities in the food and beverage industry.

For BNC as a business networking club with 3 decades of legacy to work with them, we believe this will bring meaning and gratification by reflecting on what inclusiveness means to us as a business and as a society.

At BNC, we saw this social enterprise’s continuous effort in providing training and employment opportunities to young adults from the deaf community in the food and beverage industry through its Revitalization Project.

BNC’s Corporate Social Responsibility will be spearhead by project organizing chairman Dato Dr. WV Lye, together with Co Organizing Chairman and CSR Director Jonathan Yam, advisor President Nelson Liew, A&P Director Jeffrey Tham and the Charity Award team together will target to fund raise RM250K to complete the CSR Goal by organizing the Silently Loud Charity Award Dinner that is happening on 26th October 2022 at HGH Convention Centre.

Together with Silent Teddies who is an Impact Driven Enterprise that has been granted Social Enterprise Accreditation (SE.A) by the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperation in December last year.

The objective is to Empowering the Deaf in the Community by providing skills training, job opportunities and upgrade their wellbeing levels.
